Pelvo (“we”, “us”) respects how personal pelvic health is. This policy explains what we collect when you use pelvo.app and our quiz, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you enter it to receive your plan.
- Your quiz answers. These are used to calculate your score and plan in your browser. With your email we store only a summary: your main goal, age band, score level, the plan you chose and which ad or page brought you here — not your individual answers.
- Usage data, such as pages viewed, quiz steps and anonymous quiz answers, collected without your name or email to improve the quiz and the site.
- Payment details. During early access no payment is taken, and card numbers entered at checkout never leave your browser — we don't collect or store them.
- Advertising data. If you allow marketing cookies, we use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure our ads. We share only that a visit, sign-up or checkout happened (and its value) — never your quiz answers.
Why we use it
- To show you your plan and email it to you (performance of our service, and your consent).
- To send you updates about Pelvo, including when your spot opens. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand and improve how people use Pelvo, and to measure our advertising (legitimate interests or consent where required).
Health information
Information about your pelvic health can be sensitive. We only link the summary described above to your email, only to provide your plan and related emails, and we never sell it or share it with advertisers. When the app launches, your training log and AI coach chats will be private to you: no person at Pelvo reads them, and you can delete them at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run Pelvo — such as hosting, email delivery (e.g. Brevo), product analytics (e.g. PostHog) and, with your consent, Meta for ad measurement. They may only use the data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and plan summary until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@pelvo.app. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
We use essential storage to keep your quiz progress. Marketing cookies (Meta) are only set if you accept them; visitors in the UK and EEA are asked first.
